I am all for Medicare for all, but also not to duplicate the problems of other countries' system. I daresay purists on both sides would have problems with my proposal here, but seems to me a rational compromise.

I'm glad you pointed this out....I've had people try and tell me that the Health Care system in Canada has been totally changed.....NOT!
