They are kind of pretty....but...I would chop the peppers a few of each color, chop a green onion (scallion), whip the egg in a dish, add the chopped stuff, cook well done in a cast iron skillet, sprinkle with gated cheddar cheese and serve with a toasted English muffin...for dinner.

I never know what to have Taps, I was having bananas and then a day ago I had one that did not taste very nice,so I am still working on it, I wonder what the eggs are colored with ,nice to know these days.

Breakfast was a big deal the year I lived on the farm -
but I don't get hungry until I've been up and doing for a couple hours... Love the photo you posted - never saw eggs prepared like that and they look wonderful.
