I think I'd rather not focus too succinctly on my own proponents at this late in the game.

..... also, point of view arguments can be taken to far.  Good and evil are not reversible or interchangeable, no matter the point of view, no matter how much the dark or negative side would try to to argue it. There is hurting or helping, injuring or healing, dominating or liberating, taking or giving.  There are paradoxes of course, but the main thrusts cannot be reversed at will, or according to point of view.  But sadly, there is a ominous verse in the Bible that says good will be called evil, and evil will be called good, and I think we are firmly in such a time. This is due to the current surge in power of evil, not due to any consideration of point of view.

Re: Re: Ciel

I read a recent credible book that cited research that energy DOES move in a spiral, mulitiple spirals, similar to DNA. The Russians have done more research in this area than any other nation.  I am on vacation in Thailand at the moment, so I cannot walk to my bookshelf to remind myself of the title of the book.

Re: GoldenMean,

The extremes are where we find the creative, the inventive, the thinkers outside the mainstream of the bell, and again, it's useful to apply the high/low energies model to any spectrum or wave.

Waves--also very interesting to ponder, as energy moves in waves that vary at each point in the spectrum. Depending on point of view, of course, one person's up can be another person's down-- For up, read good or right, for down, read bad or wrong--or any other dichotomy of morality you prefer.

Considering just the electromagnetic spectrum which we are equipped with the naked senses to see light and hear sound within certain limited ranges... we humans can be aware of only a tiny portion of the whole of this spectrum. It is like the portion of our minds that is conscious awareness: our minds and in fact, our selves are soooo much greater than just what we are aware of!

Beyond waves, consider that waves are the flat version of spirals: What if energy moves not in waves but in spirals?

I absolutely believe, though it is actually an objective observation, that EVERYTHING exists upon a scale or spectrum.  Just like light or any energy.  For spirituality and morality, science cannot see or measure the spectrum, but it is there.  The more we learn about the spiritual and moral spectrum, the better off we are.  And as you say, I also see it resembling a bell curve.  Most of us fall somewhere in the middle, with some on the extremes on both ends.  I think the most can be accomplished from the middle, as long as we acknowledge the extremes, and the potential extreme harm or good that the extremists can do.  Some of the extremists are geniuses, and that includes evil geniuses.  They can quickly lead the middle off a cliff, so to speak.

Re: Corbin Dallas,

I'd look at the relative productive vs destructive aspect. Who? Everyone.

Re: Kabu,

If I had to put one on you, I'd call you a high-functioning healer. That's not a bad one to be known by.
