Oh I have grabbed the wrong thing as well. When I merchandise I try to make all the labels face forward.

Yuck on the non-fat stuff. What a shame, and we all have made that mistake of grabbing the wrong item. I never could drink much milk. What a hassle, and I'm glad you've got your half-and-half.

I have never been able to drink milk without being of at least feeling sick...so I came here and found 1% milk and I can have a smoothie now and enjoy it.

I sometimes buy Goats milk but mostly Whole Milk Lactose Free. It keeps about a fortnight usually. I do like evaporated milk, but I suspect that is fattening.

When I was in the forces on guard duty we would get a big can of hot water and a large teapot with too much tea thrown in.

I used to go for the milk when the others thought that the tea was too strong .Sounds rather dismal on your patch.

We are still having mild occasionally sunny weather. It never used to be like this.

Have you ever tried soy or almond milk? Now they are milking cashews and coconuts these days, too, though it is hard to visualize the process. I drink the soy because it does good things for my hormones--same reason some avoid soy. But I bought something made with milk recently, and OMG, my digestive system does NOT like it! Not even a little, not one small glass!

The fact it didn't taste good ended up working well for you and your health.
