I just read your posts under this blog title. First let me say I've gone

through this stuff myself - feeling insufficient, unappreciated, looked down on, feeling defeated by the everyday tasks and challenges. It is a big deal, you're not imagining or dreaming it up. I have one really simple-sounding suggestion that you might try. Talk to yourself with love for the creature you are. Maybe even look in the mirror at least once a day and tell yourself "I love you."
