The holidays around here these years are pretty much just celebrated in my heart and with music. I've given up on shopping, wrapping, cooking and enjoy remembering the fun times of past years. Still wishing you the best of everything.

It seems like more and more every year, we get inundated with Christmas. For me, I do find it a bit mindnumbing.

I think part of the problem with this season is that it's been so
heavily oversold - buying, spending, shopping, "black Friday" and all the other promotions have completely changed the focus from observing the Christ child's birthday. To me it's about the little kids, the unexpected, the belief in the Santa spirit of good will.
It's a gift to know that you and Wiley are tucked in safe and warm in Camelot North.

I'm glad that Wiley is home, dear, and that is a good thing. You remember to take care of you, also!

You have been through so much. Maybe you are just at that point when the adrenaline finally stops and you can letdown. I know you much still be on guard though so I hope you will take this time and sleep as much as you need and take deep breaths and drink lots of water. You will feel better and want to get back into the swing of things I bet. Slow and easy and try enjoy each day. Take care.
