I don't know about being charged with murder but it should be a big sentence for negligence towards his children starting with a day sitting locked in a car with nothing to do...just so he gets the idea of what it was like for the little ones.

Definitely neglect on the part of the father. I don't understand why parents leave children in cars for so long...Now this little girl is going to have to live with the fact she killed her brother.
