Well, it was the ending you expected wasn't it.....dealing with personel is one of the most difficult processes when running your own business.

You did a good job with this series on Jake - made me care what
happens to him, as well as to root for the business to keep you busy but not overwhelmed. It's not always easy to get readers to connect all the dots, but this worked.
