Oh! dear Ciel can you get a belt to help ease the pain a bit. I don't know if it will work but I wear one and I haven't ever had back pain. Mind I have had pain every where else.

That back might jusr be telling you to slow down and rest up a bit. I am like you in that distance friendships suit me far better than a house full of guests these days. But then, Wiley can be a full time job some days. Sigh!

I have a hard time with schedules.....Things always pop up and interfere with said plans.....I have a jar with unfinished tasks on slips of paper. When a task is blocked by an outside happening....I draw a slip and move along.....
