Spending a lot of money shopping is a great activity, if one has the money to spend, or an unlimited amount on a credit card.  Of course the mental problem can once again worsen when it comes time to pay off.

It all depends on the condition and how it is or isn't being maintained, I think.

I love to walk on a lonely beach to settle my mental anxiety and relax, the sea rolling in and the wet sand sun and a breeze blowing, all help me to find some peace

Walking is a great way to manage mental situations.

With the person experiencing a handicap, it depends. Some can take buses. Others can not and need to be driven.
