Yesterday was above the 90's but during the night the temperature dropped and today the sun stayed behind clouds and it never did get up to 70 degrees. I've been wearing a long sleeved sweat shirt today and warm socks.

I know the feeling Ciel one just has to push it under. Buy yourself a little treat, think how nice it is to go to sleep in a warm bed. I was going to get a cat flap and then I thought other cats might take advantage.

just put your feet up give Embers a pat and sit and relax for the day. There isn't anything one needs to do when they are really hot and so tired. It was a huge week.

When I get back from taking 40 people to Mackinac Island or 2 weeks out to Yellowstone, even 2 bus loads to Nashville for the Opryland Christmas shows, I always have a let down when I get back (part of it is the pushy seniors I haul around!)

Kinda sounds like post-partum depression, that let-down after all the
anticipation. The honeymoon is over and there's all that housework...
