The worst I ever felt diet-wise was on a strict low-fat diet. I felt like I was starving, every minute.

I do agree everyfew years eat this don't eat that then don't eat this or that then eat both....just listen to your body and eat in moderation I say and a spoonful of Cider Vinegar before breakfast each day will help the tummy weight to disappear while you eat what you like.

I have my doubts about the Vegan lifestyle as well. So many Vegans look sickly to me. Colin Kaepernick switched to it, and he doesn't look good.

Probably a lot depends on ones life style, Drink three bottles of wine and eat red meat. Might be good while it lasted.
