I do NOT trust them, and the ratings in our county are different than a letter grade given in other counties. Here it's just pass or fail. I think most of them all over aren't careful at all, not to my standards.

I'm very picky about where I eat out and the quality of the food. There are places that I have never revisited after one time eating there.
