I have always been amazed at the workers at DMV. They (no offense to anyone, please) always seemed to move in slomo, and were bored out of their ever-lovin' minds, and showed the personality of a horse fly.

I wrote a post about the plastics law here in CALI. Places like Starbucks are going to cut the plastic straws but serve up the nice, cold Frap in a plastic cup! Go figure. Maybe it will change that soon.

I hate going to the DMV. Another reason to dislike them.
At least California's taking on plastic straws.
