Perhaps they need to make all cars Smart Cars that won't let impaired drivers drive.

but babies cannot take a car out of Mama's handbag and run her over. Sure it is the driver at fault but Guns and cars well maybe they do go together. maybe the same folks who have big repeat guns shouldn't drive either.

It is also almost never "my" fault, it is the @#$%!! other driver's fault!!! LOL
