Sounds clever. My brother bought some mince Beef he was messing around all
morning ,it turned out quite tasty with tomatoes and peppers garlic etc.
He said he had made enough for 4 more dinners.It did not cost only the Beef which was very expensive Aberdeen Angus . It did not get Mad cow disease.

I love oven-roasted veggies. I do them quite often. I have some beets to roast and always onions and carrots and eggplant.
