When something goes wrong, the feeling depends. How much was something needed. For instance, if an employee forgets to grab something minor, no big deal, but if one forgets chemical that is sorely needed, that is a deflating feeling.
When someone comes through, it gives me a great high.

i have had people come through for me and it's a wonderful feeling to know someone cares. i always think of the song, lean on me when your not strong.....because it may not be long i will need someone to lean on. it's why we are here to help each other.
