his statement was not sour grapes, but rather teaching young people what to watch out for, he was speaking at a graduation. and i am sure he believes in what he said.
now if we want to talk sour grapes i have a whole bunch and have had them now going back to the bushes and they are becoming more and more sour.
funny no one seems to realize how many of our freedoms were taken from us in the patriot act. they were taken because we were fed fear, fear of weapons of mass destruction, funny how none were found. we need to be careful because of all the hate that is being fed to us may just be our end.

The man didn't fit in....he was accustomed to everyone being under his control. If you become a member of the Cabinet...you now have a boss! You take orders now. If you don't like the fit, quit!

We need to know the truth and we seem to get many versions of "realities." I'm at the point now where it all seems like the Spy vs. Spy cartoons in Mad Magazine.

Re: Re: Corbin Dallas
It is easier to blame things on "sour grapes" than it is to actually deal with something we might not agree with.

Re: Corbin Dallas
Not sure it's "sour grapes" - Rex must have expected the Secretary of State position to be a step up from his former job at Exxon. That he clashed with the inept WH staff is a clue to the chaos there. Seems to me Tillerson of all people had direct knowledge of what the president didn't 'grok' as well as the man's veracity.

It was an abrupt end — after months of speculation — to a rocky tenure for a former oil executive who never meshed with the president who hired him. Mr. Tillerson clashed repeatedly with the White House staff and broke publicly with Mr. Trump on issues ranging from the dispute between Saudi Arabia and Qatar to the American response to Russia’s cyber aggression.
“We were not really thinking the same,” Mr. Trump told reporters at the White House, explaining his decision to replace Mr. Tillerson.
He added: “Really, it was a different mind-set, a different thinking.”
It's been awhile...perhaps he should alter his diet and drop the "sour grapes"?
