I don't care for the idea of AI listening to everything.

We truly are living in an age of oversensitivity. The scary thing is that it might get worse.

"It's part of women's nature to work cooperatively and instinctively rather than in military formations with one boss from whom the rest take orders."   LOLOL, I don't have a lot of personal experience in that realm....

We're mostly in agreement....I do think it silly to pick on the man.  Hell, I yell at Alexia myself...and I find it creepy for it to just suddenly laugh out of nowhere.  After finding out that federal agencies were now subpoenaing recordings made by Alexia.  It turns out that Amazon is recording every noise and remark going on in the house......I don't turn it on unless I am using it.  With the new smart refrigerators   and other appliances, who knows what or how we are being tracked.

Don't ever hesitate to comment....I'm wearing my big boy pants all the time!

(I edited it just for you......)

Very interesting post.  I avoid Cortana if at all possible.  I'd rather do my own thing.

Dear Corbin, these women are not 'nuts." They're only personifying

non-persons. You'll see some talking baby talk to their doggies and attributing human motives to wild animal behavior. It's part of women's nature to work cooperatively and instinctively rather than in military formations with one boss from whom the rest take orders. I know you know this. I probably shouldn't comment on this one since I would never trust an electronic assistant. In fact I sent Roomba, the  floor-cleaning robot, off to Goodwill because it was eavesdropping on my private phone conversations.
