Kabu

You've been on my mind, and Wiley too. Hugs, dear friend.

Sounds rather depressing snow again. It will be a nice change to have a bit of company I hope they can make it. I expect Wiley looks forward to such visits, a bit on the lean side though families , just have to make the best of it I suppose.

Down in Kentucky we have snow coming down, too......I mowed grass yesterday and ho-ho-ho it's covered with snow today.

Short feature on this morning's Channel 4 news, about how this

enlongated winter is having a depressing effect on many of us. It seems lack of sunlight doesn't just deprive us of Vit. D, it also depletes our serotonin levels, which is what keeps us optimistic and forward looking. So it's not just you and me, Kabu, it's not the Trump effect - it's Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).  I'm thinking of buying a full-spectrum light bar and turning it on every morning, like my son in Seattle used to do. Maybe you can catch a nap later this morning, before your company arrives.
