Indeed RP. as I mentioned sometimes one has to write off the top of the moment or not bother. I have been doing my tax and it winds me up, what with every day being wet.

Well Hawker in England was to protect the unwary. It was a rather archaic law that had never been changed one had to be licensed to sell to the public. Most folk just called it a traveling shop. One was not allowed to sell one or two things one I remember was a strong disinfectant to put in the earth closets. We did bring it on order but hid it on top of the van which had railings.
