i am sorry about you losing your cousin darling. After reading this it seems that two of the best crossed that rainbow bridge close together and now are dancing with the stars.

She does sound like she endured her illness with fortitude. I am afraid we all tend to grumble over small discomforts, it does take a really special person to overcome and bravely ignore what fate throws at them.
