it's wonderful that you have a family business and extended family in that your friends are also in the business, kinda like tribe. as people get older we have limited income and sometimes we just dont have the patience to hire people to help us but i am sure your grandma is smiling down on you and glad you have her home. like life the weather is in constant change.

A job to get rid of that mould we get it sometimes in stone houses of course chimneys used to help as they kept the bedrooms warmer in winter.
