Hmmmmmm, the subtitles are in Spanish. This is a favorite song of mine too, but I would prefer subtitles in English, for a variety of reasons.
For one, the singer is hard to understand, especially when he is screaming at the top of his lungs. For another, this accomodates the Hispanic folks who have come to America for the past several decades, but who refuse to learn English. I would not encourage their failure to learn English, in any way.
