Re:

Yes I will take your Kingdom Taps, you shall have your spring flower. Sounds grim though perhaps, I'll just have a bacon butty.

Re: Seems a bit early for crocus, but what a joy to see them each spring.

Well as I told someone I think it is the street lighting Pat. It is why the birds start nesting before it is wise..

Re: RPresta

Yes crocus, a welcome sight. It does appear a lot of Internet dating is in vogue.

I stll thing it is probably better to search within cycling distance, if one can still ride a bycycle.

Re: FS

Anxiety is part of our make up, we no longer have to fear the Sabre Toothed Tiger, but the instinct survives.

The unknown often brings with it a lot of fear...That is quite a date...

A crocus or any flower for that matter is a welcome sight at this time of year..

I always enjoyed seeing the first crocus. I don't believe I ever went out on an arranged date, a blind date if that's the meaning. Fortunately. lol.

summer has arrived here i fear, the weather man said it will reach 90F before the end of feb.  I wonder if that means we will not get spring this year?

Seems a bit early for crocus, but what a joy to see them each spring.

Hold the good thought!

Not a single crocus here, only cold stones covered in a sheet of ice.   Very few cars attempting to get out and most of those are being wrecked.  My kingdom for a spring flower.
