You went way beyond just one step to help Joey. you were actually in a very dangerous situations. not from Joey obviously but one does not know who or what some of his 'friends' may have been. i remember you writing about your sales back a few years ago dear.

The trouble is Joey is weak, he just takes what comes along. He had the ideal arrangement but it was never enough. The sad thing is one can help these people but it is an uphill struggle. Incidentally I don't think a planning committee here would allow someone to to just stick an old shed up and live in that way. Far better to give him a few dollars if you see him and can afford it and hope that he can get fixed up somewhere else.
