If I were investing my time and money I'd go with modular,
as the mobile versions depreciate so much faster.

Ahh, the business life is fraught with issues. The last year I owned my own 'brick and mortar' business, we stopped taking credit card altogether due to the sheer number of charge backs and the hassle getting them paid. As far as your lady with the depression problem, 'tis the season.' Lots of it going around. It can destroy a life if left untreated.
