i feel bad for keith since he lost all and no insurance, but it was the choice he made and he should not lie, being truthful is always the best.

Oh boy, this is gonna be good! I can't wait to hear what happened. He knew he should have had renter's insurance and lied. Too bad. I feel bady for him, but Dad can't be taken advantage of.

Some renters are very responsible and reliable. Those who are not
may find it difficult to find housing. Most people who rent out their property are not millionaires and cannot afford to let someone destroy their investment.
