Aba Brother

I knew what you meant by your last line, dear Aba; a collective "man" - as in humankind, formerly mankind. LOL! I'm sorry, I just couldn't resist. It's a great poem, and most importantly, the meaning is pure, and good and true!

Re: C C T

Thanks C C T, I'll keep that in mind and try to write what is popularly accepted. Perhaps I need to change the language.

Re: Kabu

The last line's 'man', I did thought of, that does it contain gender orientation? I reflected that the I thought no, it doesn't, because man is a general term used for mankind as a whole. What it means is that man must first discover his self, and when he is able to do so, only then does he realize that the self or the soul is the representative of the Self or the Supersoul, God Himself. Thank you for pointing that out, and am glad you find it Wonderful!

Wonderful. I too will ignore the last gender mentioning line...LOL   I believed that when I reached a certain sensible age that I would become sedate wisdom filled and perhaps be able to temper the thoughts within and my effervescent love for all of God's creations...some humans aside... But I remain about six years old in my heart.

Aba Brother

Indeed, dear Aba, how true! We must look within, find our peace, and be messengers of goodness and light. I do love this. I won't even make a comment about the last line and it's gender orientation. LOL! It's too good of a piece, and I know what you mean. Well, done, li'l bro! So nice.
