It's difficult any time of the year anymore, but take a few moments every day for yourself. Don't allow anything to interrupt those few moments. Life is complicated and getting more so. Opt out of the bustle every now and then. Be well.

Got it all taken care of. I shouldn't complain so much. I used to write about interesting things but now.... Where did all the interesting subjects go? My mind has shrunk I think.

It's all taken care of. Everythings fine and dandy. I got a free battery because it was under warranty and I even got a car wash. Merry Christmas

All these irritations and inconveniences happen all the time, we just
seem to be in a state of heightened awareness in the hustle of Christmas buying, mailing, choosing, etc...

Yes it helps kicking a tyre, especially if one breaks a toe. I usually charge my battery each week if I do not use the car much. I think damp makes a lot of the problems.
Years ago my Dad used to warm his van up for ten minutes or so but apparently that is not too bright these days. Of course he used to put a heater under the bonnet if it was really cold and then kept worrying lest it should set the van on fire as it had tanks of paraffin running above the chassis.`..`.

You are right. There is always something to mar it. I hope your car is doing better, and you also, dear lady.

Re: Kabu
I got a brand new battery and it was free because I still had two months warranty on the other one. I'm sure it will last me all winter even though I have to park outside in the cold and snow. Merry Christmas.

I believe i saw a comment of yours that says that you got your little car moving so that is a happy note too.
