The beautiful flower on the same post with screws and pain seem to tell us life is like that--the good and the bad come and go all our lives, working together or maybe against each other.

I can't resist the offers I keep getting for sale bulbs I usually plant them where as you say where a bit of digging does no harm. So far we have only had one hard frost but mud is nearly as bad .You would murder me if I walked in your snow room.

I like the personification of the plant life. Something different...The second poem reminds me of the Simon and Garfunkel song "I Am a Rock."

oh i love your flowers for me each day thank you and the flower poem is total delight. i agree with so much that the flowers have to say. There are some things growing in my back yard garden that took over this year and have to go next spring.
