I did a thing like that once in morning traffic.  Missed everyone and was so embarrassed that I pretended that was what I wanted to do and just drove back the way I had come from.

Kabu

Well, that speaks of your excellent driving skills. The guys were good enough to laugh, clap, and turn around your car so that you wouldn't have the show them the trick, again. Driving conditions in India with its huge population and bad roads is probably one of the riskiest in the world. And that gives you the expertise too.

I was in an accident several years ago.  The car that hit me spun my car around in a 360 degree circle twice!  Scared the crap out of me!  I was in total shock for a moment and then just burst out in tears.

Glad it wasn't anything serious!  And those guys could have kept their laughter in until you were out of sight.  geez...lol

Kabu

Wow! That must have been really a fright! Poor you, our dear Kabu, and those guys were nice to help turn your car around. But for them to laugh! Yeah, guess they would, it wasn't them. Glad you weren't hurt. And hope Wiley is doing okay!

You must be careful you have used a few of your lives up already. We have not even heard how you have managed on ice. I used hate it when Dad used to say 'Better put the chains on and I had to crawl under the old van in the ice and snow in the dark as there were no lights in the villages. We were OK. for a start when we had a couple of hundred gallons of paraffin on-board. When the tanks were empty we just sailed across the ice. Hope Wiley does not feel too bad today.

I once did a 180 like that on a rain-slick road as I went around a

corner. Scared the pee-wadding out of me, as Mama used to say. But thank heavens there was no other car on the street or somebody could have gotten hurt. I can just see your face, eyes as big as saucers, as you came to a stop. Lucky you were OK.
