Nostalgia bites, with all things these days one must assess the future. I would hesitate about putting big money into any project that could be forced to change again.
I remember a man he started putting up greenhouses massive structures all the latest innovations at that time. The sad thing was he competing against a farmer with no costs who grew his produce outside

I'm glad I'm not in business, for I would certainly run it into the ground. I've always been happy working for someone else, and I've been fortunate in the jobs that I've had.

Dad is getting sentimental these days; not a good thing when it comes to business. lol. Good thing the bank agrees with you and Ann. Hopefully, Dad will listen to you more in the future.
