I always find it exciting when the first snow fall comes. Typically, our first snow comes in the form of a flurry, making we want something more substantial all the more.
Talk about scary. Being in a different country can be intimidating without guns.

You make me shiver, we do not seem to get snow much, it must be global warming.
Sunny this morning but nearly a ground frost. Dahlias are beginning to look a bit weary.

Must be snowing all over.
Here on the west coast, we also had out first snow, light though it was, forcasters keep saying it will get bitterly cold, we will see. All I know is I got my firewood in the nick of time and the fire inside is delightful.
