Do you know Taps I have one Granny Smith apple tree , they stay as green as grass right up to December if it is not windy. We of course always use the Brambly apple the old tree that was the originator is very old indeed and gnarled a new owner is trying to keep it going but it looks on a photo as if it has split somehow. Grown from a pip many years ago every pip I have planted seemed to have reverted to crabs. It is a good roaster as it goes fluffy.

I'm sorry ... I missed your post about the shingles... that's awful.  And you know it means you've been worn out and stressed... so please take it easy and let the boy cook more apples.  I agree, try them without the hot sauce and more like apple pie.  YUM!  :)

How nice Ribcage made that for you both! Have you thought about visiting the doc? And now the computer... You are due for a pleasant break for all of this, sweet lady. Hope things get better real soon.

Re: Amazing combination of flavors. Wow!

I haven't tried that because I'm afraid I will like it too much.

Amazing combination of flavors. Wow!

But it can't beat brown sugar glazed bacon.
