Those Pirates films have been a hit with the kids. I saw the first one. I enjoyed it tremendously. Johhny Depp has done an awesome job as Jack Sparrow.

I had a friend who did care for an Alzheimer's patient who was physically active and a wanderer. The patient would only sit in one place for as long as the original "Crocodile Dundee" was playing--So she ran it over and over whenever she had to care for her.

Oh, the flu and little ones. It's a test of grandmother's sanity
and endurance. As for Jack Sparrow, I think after the 2nd re-run I'd be ready for "My Fair Lady" or some other classic. I do like Johnny Depp and thought the Pirates movies were fun.

Great story! And lucky they are to have you as their grandmum! I'm sure you took fine care of them. Three sick at once! And the movie playing on... Great post! Loved it.
