We were very little when we were watching House on Haunted Hill. All of the sudden that skeleton popped up and we were off screaming!

Well, let's see...

Aside from all the grindhouse slashers, really cool old ones include Hitchcock flicks like Psycho or The Birds -- and one really great one -- Magic -- which starred Anthony Perkins as a ventriloquist whose dummy starts telling him to do things...creepy, indeed!

I thought Halloween and Friday the 13th WERE the classic horror movies?   You should see the horror movies that my nieces watch today... like The Conjuring or The Ring... they are terrifying.

My favorite scary movie is Scream.

I am not a horror movie person and in Australia we never have Halloween. I love the idea of little children dressing up like fairies and super heroes and knocking on the neighbors doors to get some candy but the goulish side of Halloween just doesn't make sense to me.

Phantom of the Opera is as scary as I can get, lo, but those of Bella or Vincent, I can take! I'm not one who can watch scary movies.
