Such good advice from your dad. He was a wise father. Great post. I remember my dad telling me so many things, but one that particularly stuck with me is, "If you aren't moving forward, you're going backwards." That was 35 years ago.

Sometimes things don't work out at all, no matter what we do. Sometimes they just need a little tweaking. Other times, it's fine the first time out & just what we needed. Your dad was right. When we reflect back, do or don't we want to be wondering, what if? Even if it didn't turn out as planned, at least we know.
