Well as my younger brother says old people feel the cold, we have the heater on in the middle of summer. but then he is not paying.

To me, it is about 50 degrees, but it feels so cold. 50 degrees in October feels way colder than 50 degrees in February.

Wiley is the same. We have the heating set to go on at 21.5 C or 70.7 F is where we set it for the Winter....22.C some times and 19.C at night. if the house cools down to that degrees the heating comes on. Blood gets thinner, we move slower, it is more difficult to stay warm. Stay in your room with that wee heater going.Drink lots of hot soup.

Sometimes the dark cloudy days and the damp bring a chill beyond
the actual temp., sometimes it's my low thyroid I blame. I find the best warm-up is a cup of hot cocoa, it seems to work from the inner core outward. But sweatshirts and layers of sweaters are good, too.
