I gave it once and was then told I was a reject as I had been subject to some childhood disease which nearly all the kids used to get.

56 days is the standard the Red Cross follows. They have it down to a science how often and who can and cannot donate.

Every 56 days seems like a lot... but that's a very admirable way to give!

This is my sixth time me donating. Two months ago there was a giving blood drive at a church next to my house. I stopped without an appointment and gave blood. It's a great feeling giving for those in need
