there are plenty of exercises to do if you are sick. moving ones legs wiggling toes gently lifting arma and legs. |raisng arms a little more each day turning one's head from side to side and rolling the head in a circle. work out your own level from bed to chair ro standing or working from a floor mat. set a couple of times a day or if confined to bed as many times a day as you can.
