Down here we're still enjoying what is probably this summer's nicest weather...

I don't like paying in advance or for a season... but hopefully he is reasonable with you and doesn't try to cheat.  Let's hope for a mild winter!!!

I bet he does not get paid up front very often. I think I shall start up as Mr Rain. I shall sprinkle glitter along paths if it rains. Do book early I am sure I shall be overwhelmed with wealthy clients.

Kabu

I hope you'll not be disappointed Kabu. The ther day some madman threw a stone at the passenger seat window of my car while I was  driving. Luckily I wasn't hurt but it did leave a big hole in my wallet.

Better safe than sorry, especially with the weather. I hope it doesn't snow near you for a while yet though. It all seems too soon. Hope the Snow Fairies listen to you. This yard here still isn't all fixed from last winter, what with the North 40 and all practically blown down, but should be done before the heavy rains. Yes, it all does lighten the wallet big-time. Hope you are feeling better and Wiley, also.

I saw photos on the news about snow in Montana, which is almost

north enough to be Canada - and wondered whether the cold moved far enough east to impact your little bit of Eden... I hope it holds off until at least Nov. but weather patterns have been so crazy the past couple of years, ya never know.
