I believe in the Good Guys: cops who make sure kids on their beat have shoes and get fed, and help out where they can. I believe there are more of them than the other kind.

As to those others, I am thinking about the Stanford Experiment that showed what happens when the poorly- or untrained are put into positions of authority over others.

Just the luck of the draw some are lucky, some are not at all regarded.

I suppose if there was not religion or race something else would give some  reason to discriminate.
