I think she had tried for three years and been living on her savings. I don't know the reason either, but folk should suss it out. I will try and find if there is a reasonable reason. There must be one, it could be on a lease but I think it might be location or high living costs if it is a communal project.

The lady in you poem knows what she's wanting! Cute! It is disappointing for your friend, especially that she was planning on using her profits for a rest home. Is there any hope that waiting long enough will bring the price back up? Or that she can wait that long?

Trouble is Kabu there is such a deep price difference partly because of easy access to London. Yes well one cannot demand too much these days. You would have wanted a wedding cake.
