Grrr

It seems like service people just can't do anything right the first time around nowadays!! They must be paid by the hourinstead of by job.

Re: Kabu

They have been good about taking the old ones away.  I guess they didn't want to take a chance on anyone wanting their's back because they didn't like the new ones.

Re: adnohr

It has been a nightmare since I posted.  In my bathroom I found it flooded.  They found that the installer had failed to do one thing he was supposed to do.  Had to bring in a shop vac to clean up.  Apparently Ribcage's had been leaking all night without him noticing for the same reason.  About 8:00 a.m. they pounded on the door and had to fix his and shop vac his bathroom.  It had somehow leaked through the floor and flooded a large part of the apartment below us.  It was so bad they had to call for a vac van to pump it out.  Then mine started making a noise like water continuously running and they had to come back and put a different set of insides in the tank.  I have been afraid to shower with the new shower head lest they want in to fix something about that.

They don't sound very organized.

Any time there's a potential for being denied access to a toilet,

it makes me nervous. Like the irritating bowel 'ghost' in the Vibersi commercials,  I have the companionship of aggravation.

RP is right - there is something surreal about the whole thing, as well as slightly bizarre and even funny, as long as one observes these proceedings from a distance, LOL...

What a surreal picture that paints! No wonder Ribcage is flipping out over it! No need to be concerned; what will be, will be. Still, one wishes the methodology had been perhaps more discreet.
