Not only is change occurring in Europe, it is occurring at an incredibly rapid rate. France is one of many European countries acquiescing to Islam. The stopping of the acquiescing does not seem to be on the horizon any time soon.

My cousin went to Christmas mass. It was in the local church, he was the only one there.

Churches are being used as a place to raise funds, there is apparently not a big calling out there. Perhaps not many believe in the devil. It does seem odd though children being christened without any religious significance .

Nautikos

This is astounding to me, and indeed, saddening.

How sad.  It makes me want to cry, but my tears dried up a long time ago.  There is a mosque near here next door to a big Baptist Church, on land that used to belong to that church.  As you can imagine, worshippers are quickly diminishing from the Baptist church as business is booming at the mosque.

lets just wait for a couple of evil clowns to blink and then we can get back to worrying about the rest of the \world which I refuse to do anyway.

this saddens me.  I spent a large amount of time in the Basilica di Santa Croce in Florence... among other churches in Italy.  They were my favorite places to visit and explore and I do hope I'm able to go back.
