When I was job hunting several years ago, I had a hard time finding a job. People were hiring but I guess nobody was interested in me.

you poor love but don't despair yet weeks before it is even fall so plenty of time before decisions needed. besides it may be better to sell cheaper than do the repairs.

I'm sorry so much is happening right now on the job and house scene. But glad your son got a job. Yes, it's better to go to your sister's house, I think.
