Well he's moderately OK. So that's good. I remember a doc gave me the long poke once.

I could hardly stagger around all day. A little dog jumped up and banged agnst my leg and I could have kicked the little bugger back over the gate.

Those I have spoken to who have had colonoscopies talk about the preparation being the hardest part...Here is to hoping that Wiley gets some answers.

I'm with TAPS on this... But as the tests have been done, I hope with you that the results pay off in some answers.

I'm glad Wiley got through that ordeal fairly well! Having a nurse for a wife helps, of course...

I remember how much "fun" it was prepping for a colonoscopy

some years back. And I remember waking up after the procedure without an ache or a pain, nor an enemy in the world. I was so joyful - partly relief that it was over, and of course partly because of the anesthetic. I wanted to dance. I was hoping that Wiley would enjoy such a benign aftermath, but his was a different procedure.  Just glad that when he went down there was a chair to catch him.  Hugs to you guys.  Crossing my fingers for good results.  p.s. I sometimes think like TAPS, why bother with all that mess of diagnostics and tubes, needles, etc...

I'm so glad that you both made it through all of that.  I am determined not to have any more tests at my age.  When my time comes I will say, "It is a good day to die" and be done with it.  Of course though, it is said that a wise man changes his mind.
