I don't know what gaslighting is, but I do know that many bicycle lights blink with different patterns you can select with the switch. This makes them more noticeable to cars and saves battery power. Are you sure that rider wasn't just a normal rider? If I was riding with my blinking light and some gal yelled at me angrily, I would probably tell her to f---- off, too! LOL And I am not MK Ultra.
