Memorial Day is a good time to remember those we love who have gone before us.  It is a time for good memories.  The sharing of good cooking and enjoyable eating is a part of that.  As the old, old vets toast goes, "To Fallen Comrads".

i don't use recipes either and cook way less than you do. That sounds delish and sooo hot.

Oh Taps I know that is so good. I don't use recipes either and when i do something we plan to duplicate George works with me, watches and measures and records so i have it. Going to be some good eating at your house.

It sounds totally delish, and no doubt is. And I'm like you - I don't measure and even vary some of the ingredients, so that I have a hard time replicating my concoctions exactly...Strangely enough, they're usual viewed as successes...Oh, and I watched the Monaco F1 race this morning...

It sounds perfectly delicious. I think "seat of the pants" cooking is

almost a lost art - and one reason yours will be better than what you get in a bottle is that you don't add those unpronouncable additives - no need to preserve, cuz it will all be gone in a jiff.

My grandmother hardly used recipes.  Which is a shame because now because I don't know how to make some of her dishes she use to make.  

Your sauce sounds good!  Maybe I will give it a try!
